4. considering the requirement for announcements in the case of rumours relating to A-REIT and in the case of a leak of inside
information, and in particular, the need to issue holding announcements;
5. identifying and considering disclosure issues in connection with the preparation of periodic reports and participate in the
review of such disclosures;
6. investigating any matter within its terms of reference, having full access to and co-operation of Management and full
discretion to invite any Director or executive offcer to attend its meetings, and to procure reasonable resources to enable it
to discharge its functions properly;
7. undertaking such other reviews and projects relating to disclosure issues as may be requested by the Board;
8. undertaking such other functions and duties as may be required by the Listing Manual of the SGX-ST, the Property Funds
Appendix, the Code of Corporate Governance and other relevant statutory/regulatory requirements and by such amendments
made thereto from time to time.

TRADING OF A-REIT’S UNITS
The Manager has in place a policy which encourages the Directors and employees to hold Units but prohibits them from trading
in the Units in the following circumstances:
1. During the period commencing two weeks before the public announcement of A-REIT’s fnancial statements for each quarter
of its fnancial year, or one month before the full year results, as the case may be, and ending on the date of announcement of the
relevant results; and
