Enhancing the portfolio with quality investments, A-REIT was
the frst S-REIT to embark on development projects on its
own balance sheet when the regulations were revised by the
Monetary Authority of Singapore. Disciplined investments
in quality projects, proactive asset management as well as
prudent capital and risk management continued to form the
core of the business, enhancing its momentum of growth.
