EVENTS AFTER BALANCE SHEET DATE On 7 January 2022, the Group obtained the Temporary Occupation Permit for the completion of development at 25 Ubi Road 4. On 11 February 2022, the Group achieved practical completion of acquisition of 500 Green Road in Brisbane, Australia. On 24 February 2022, the Group achieved practical completion of acquisition of 7 Kiora Crescent in Sydney, Australia. On 25 February 2022, the Group has issued HKD661,000,000 3.08 Per Cent. Green Fixed Rate Notes due 2032 (the “Notes”) pursuant to the S$7,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Securities Programme. The Notes will mature on 17 February 2032 and will bear fixed interest rate of 3.08 per cent. per annum payable semi-annually in arrear. Annual Report 2021 257
