Appendix DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS Since Ascendas Reit embarked on its first development project in 2006, it has completed 17 development/ redevelopment projects. Two of the development projects, Four Acres Singapore and A-REIT Jiashan Logistics Centre in China, were divested in FY16/17. For the remaining 15 projects, the total cumulative unrealised gains achieved was S$442.6 million (35.7% over cost of development).
