They are located on freehold land and have highly functional designs with sizes ranging between 6,800 sq m and 32,337 sq m which are well-suited for the typical mid-size space demand in infill locations. The diverse customer base includes third-party logistics, wholesale distribution, manufacturing and healthcare.
