A-REIT Enhances Portfolio With Two Acquisitions Worth $71 Million And Completes The Purchase Of A $30.6 Million Property

A-REIT announces its proposed acquisitions of Pacific Tech Centre and Weltech Industrial Building for a total purchase price of $71 million as well as completion of the purchase of 7 Changi South Street 2 Building for $30.6 million.
