A-REIT Signs Agreements For Acquisitions Worth S$271.7 Million

A-REIT signed separate put and call option agreements to acquire nine properties for a total purchase price of S$271.7 million. The weighted average property yield is expected to be 7.6% based on the estimated net property income for the first year of acquisition.
