Date Of A-REIT's Second Quarter And Half-Year Financial Results Announcement

7 October, 2004, SINGAPORE - The Board of Directors of Ascendas-MGM Funds Management Limited, the Manager of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT) is pleased to inform that A-REIT's second quarter results for the three months from 1 July to 30 September 2004 and half-year results for the period ended 30 September 2004 will be released on Thursday, 14 October 2004 after market close.

There will be a media and analysts briefing on Thursday, 14 October 2004 after market close.
