Date Of A-REIT's Third Quarter And Year To-Date Financial Results Announcement

The Board of Directors of Ascendas-MGM Funds Management Limited, the Manager of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT) is pleased to inform that A-REIT's third quarter results for the three months from 1 October 2004 to 31 December 2004 will be released on Monday, 17 January 2005 after market close.
