Composition Of Audit Committee Of Ascendas-MGM Funds Management Limited

The Board of Directors of Ascendas-MGM Funds Management Limited (the "Manager of A-REIT") wishes to announce that the casual vacancy in the audit committee caused by the death of Mr. Thai Chee Ken will be filled by Dr. Peter Raymond Dodd with effect from 29 May 2006.

Pursuant to the above changes, the Audit Committee will comprise the following members:-

1. Mr. Wong Cheong Fook, David (Chairman)
2. Mr. Kwek Gim Song
3. Dr. Peter Raymond Dodd
4. Mr. Gregory Leith Goodman
