    The change in the percentage level is the result of Ascendas Land (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary, acquiring 83,241,801 units in Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust ("A-REIT") from Goodman Singapore Pte Limited pursuant to a Letter Agreement dated 12 March 2008; and Ascendas Investment Pte Ltd, another wholly-owned subsidiary, acquiring 7,047,543 units from Goodman Singapore Industrial Management (Aust) Pty Limited pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated 12 March 2008.

    APL is deemed to be interested in the units held by ALS and AIPL by virture of the provisions of Section 7 of the Singapore Companies Act, Cap. 50.
