THE A-REIT TEAM THE PROPERTY MANAGER
ASCENDAS SERVICES PTE LTD (“ASPL”)
The asset management activities of A-REIT’s portfolio of
properties are undertaken by Ascendas Services Pte Ltd, a
100% owned subsidiary of Ascendas Land (Singapore) Pte
Ltd. The ASPL team has over 130 staff providing proactive and
professional services to A-REIT’s existing tenants to enhance
themarket positioning and attractiveness of A-REIT’s properties
so as to maximise returns to unitholders.
They also oversees day-to-day operational matters such as
marketing of space, lease management, property management
and maintenance, coordinating customers’ ftting out
requirements, supervising the performance of contractors and
ensuring building and safety regulations are complied with.
They are also responsible for the management of operating
expenses and the achievement of organic growth within the
portfolio.
More specifcally, ASPL is tasked with the following
