The Thinking Cap Team (TTCT) TTCT is an initiative to foster collaboration, synergy, and growth within CLI's Listed Funds business. Some of the activities held as follows: Annual Listed Funds Symposium was organised for a full day of learning, networking, and engagement activities. This strengthened knowledge sharing, while reinforcing a culture of continuous learning. The Listed Funds Symposium concluded with attendees participating in teambuilding activities and networking, with food and drinks provided thereafter. Durian Indulgence event, where staff of Listed Funds, gathered in a relaxed setting to encourage cross-team interaction and reinforce a sense of community within the Listed Funds network. The Manager’s Recreational Committee To strengthen team cohesion and support employee well‑being, the committee organised a range of activities, such as annual team‑bonding trip, pantry gatherings, coffee appreciation session, and spin classes.
