About A-REIT
Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (“A-REIT”)
is Singapore’s first and largest listed business
space and industrial real estate investment trust.
As one of Singapore’s REIT pioneers, A-REIT has
played a crucial role in the development of the
Singapore REIT sector, providing an attractive
platform for investment in business and industrial
properties in Singapore.
A-REIT has a well-diversified portfolio of 105
properties in Singapore and 2 business park
properties in China as at 31 March 2015. These

Ascendas Funds Management (S) Limited
(“AFM”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Ascendas
Group, is the manager of A-REIT (the “Manager”).
