recorded at the cost incurred upon acquisition as at 31 March 2015.

ONE@Changi City was acquired from Ascendas Frasers Pte Ltd, a related party of the Manager, in March 2016.

The 27 properties in Australia were acquired in October 2015 (10 properties), November 2015 (16 properties) and
February 2016 (1 property).
